meet your minister

Hey there.  I am Tamara Crifasi and I'm a minister ordained with American Marriage Ministries. After first performing a ceremony for friends, I found I really loved the process and have now performed dozens of wedding ceremonies in just five years. 

I am a full time television producer and have probably produced some of your favorite guilty pleasure TV.  When Covid sent my industry reeling in 2020 I stepped up my wedding game to help me stay afloat. My experience as a producer is an incredible asset to the job I do as a wedding officiant. From the first moment we start talking I am utilizing those skills - figuring out how to connect with you both, how your story will inform the ceremony, and helping to  solve problems before they even start. 

I have no problem telling all your guests to put their phones away so they don't ruin your photos if you request it. I can help choreograph your entrance with your photographer to make sure they have clean lines of sight. I always step out of the way as you deliver your vows and have your first kiss. I also have no problem standing in silence after you walk down the aisle so you can take a deep breath and gather your thoughts. I am always trying to think a few steps ahead for you so that the ceremony is perfection. Your wedding day is a busy and chaotic day but I am there for you and your moment of commitment. 

The authenticity of helping people navigate the most important day of their life is a grounding  experience  for me, and I take pride in making sure that we really get it right.  I genuinely enjoy my work from beginning to end  and find it so satisfying to see couples take that moment out of their busy day and commit to one another.
